Senior Customer Account Manager

The Senior Customer Account Manager will manage a current team of three Client Account Managers, to ensure the continuous development and enhancement of long standing client relationships. In addition, the Customer Services Manager will also be responsible for their own portfolio of major national account clients. The team size is expected double over the next three years in line with sales growth.

SHEQ Manager

Based at our head office in Cardiff, the SHEQ Manager will be responsible for the safety, health, environment, and quality assurance side of the business, supervising and coordinating work systems to ensure that the products or services of the company meet the highest quality standards and that the working conditions of the company are favourable and safe. The SHEQ Manager will lead, develop and maintain onsite and off-site SHEQ management programmes and systems, both in the written format and through face to face contact, communication and team briefing.

Sales/Business Development Manager - Midlands/South West

We are recruiting for two BDM roles to cover both the Midlands and South West areas, respectively. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the role will entail all aspects of business generation from medium to large commercial / industrial waste stream producers.

Technical Manager - (Industrial Chemist)

Providing support to FWM Business Development and Account Management teams, providing best practice guidance regarding hazardous waste. In addition, the Technical Manager will also offer consultation to new and existing clients of FWM working with them to find the best solutions for the management, storing, collection and disposal of hazardous waste.

Client Account Manager (CAM) - South West

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Director, the successful candidate will work to ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service, from managing the successful roll out of new contracts and developing additional services for existing client accounts.
