Business Development Manager - Midlands
We are looking for a Midlands based Business Development Manager to join our busy sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the role will entail all aspects of business generation from
medium to large commercial / industrial waste stream producers.
Based out of our head office in Cardiff and reporting directly to the Transport Manager, the job holder will be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the Company’s collection services and the defined areas of responsibility within the business. As the face of our business, the jobholder will ensure full compliance with all legislation regarding driver’s activities and make every effort to ensure that all customers receive a high standard of service on the due day.

Working within our busy warehouse and waste transfer station in Cardiff, the main duties of the role will involve segregating and sorting various waste streams such as cardboard and plastic in readiness for baling and stacking for onward recycling.

Based at our head office in Cardiff, the Customer Services Administrator will be working as part of a team, co-ordinating customer service requests with our in-house transport and third party hauliers.

Working within the Supply Chain Department in Cardiff supporting the Supply Chain Manager in all aspects of the role. You will be the conduit between new business / account management and the supply chain function. Your primary role will be to secure competitive pricing from existing supply chain network and identification of new suppliers.
Technical Manager - (Industrial Chemist)
Providing support to FWM Business Development and Account Management teams, providing best practice guidance regarding hazardous waste. In addition, the Technical Manager will also offer consultation to new and existing clients of FWM working with them to find the best solutions for the management, storing, collection and disposal of hazardous waste.
