In addition, core skills such as Manual Handling, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety and DSE are delivered via modern on-line platforms. Further development opportunities such as Confidence Building, Critical thinking and Time Management are available to everyone too.

Business Development Manager – Field Based M5/M4 Corridor.  Birmingham to Bristol, Chepstow to Swindon

We are seeking environmentally conscious and motivated business development managers to join our team and expand our extensive network of established and long-lasting customer partnerships.

This is a dynamic business development position using success led environmental technologies and best practices.  Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Customer Service and working with a capable and motivated service team, the role will entail all aspects of building business relationships with medium to large commercial and industrial waste stream producers.

Your focus will be on new business sales and you will manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract signature.

You will ideally be degree qualified within environmental sciences or similar.  Previous waste or resource management related industry experience is essential.

Customer Service Administrator – Office based, Cardiff

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our operations team.

You will act as a key link between our customers and our internal transport & operational teams.

This is an office-based role in Cardiff and you will join an established and supportive team. The majority of your work will be conducted on the telephone so excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external teams is a must.

You will be thorough and detail orientated in order to provide the excellent customer service that Forward Waste is renowned for.

You will have experience of providing excellent customer service in a business-to-business environment. You will have strong database management experience and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
