In addition, core skills such as Manual Handling, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety and DSE are delivered via modern on-line platforms. Further development opportunities such as Confidence Building, Critical thinking and Time Management are available to everyone too.

Business Development Manager – Field based M5 / M4 Corridor

This is an exciting role at an exciting time for a Company that has deliverable ambitions over the coming years. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible new business identification and conversion for Customers within the manufacturing sector within your territory.

Your territory will be between Birmingham and Bristol, Chepstow to Swindon but you will be supported by our team in Cardiff.

You will join a new business team that has an excellent knowledge and understanding of its Customers, with a proven methodology to successfully deliver results.

You can expect a competitive basic salary, a company car (BMW 1 Series or equivalent) and uncapped commission based upon your own effort and success. 

Suitable applicants will have proven new Business to Business sales experience, ideally within the waste management sector. If not, you will have an interest developing your skills and knowledge in order to be successful in the role.

Strong territory management experience is critical in order to analyse and target your Customers.

Customer Account Manager – Field based South Wales

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, the Customer Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery exceptional customer service and selling additional products &  services to existing Customers.

You will inherit an existing portfolio of Customers, primarily within the manufacturing sector, across South Wales.

You can expect a competitive basic salary, a company car (BMW 1 Series or equivalent) and uncapped commission based upon effect rollouts and selling additional products and services.

Suitable applicants will have proven Customer Account Management experience in a field based role. Ideally, you will have experience gained within the waste management sector. If not, you will have an interest developing your skills and knowledge in order to be successful in the role.

Assistant Accountant (Credit Control)

The Assistant Accountant will report to the Finance Manager and be primarily responsible for coordinating credit control activities for the Company. In addition, you will support the small finance team at busy points of the finance cycle on all other finance activities to include sales ledger and purchase ledger.

You will be process and system orientated with the desire to suggest and make business improvements where you see them.

Suitable applicants will have strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external customers.

You will have experience of high-volume finance environments and be able to provide examples of how you have positively contributed to the team.

You will join a supportive and experienced Finance team and an environment that will encourage your personal and professional development.
