We launched the Forward Waste Academy to support our Team to further their careers as they develop the industry recognised skills and qualifications. These include Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) WAMITAB qualifications for our Waste Transfer Operatives and Drivers and Environmental Management System training for all Colleagues. In addition, core skills such as Manual Handling, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety and DSE are delivered via modern on-line platforms. Further development opportunities such as Confidence Building, Critical thinking and Time Management are available to everyone too.
